The client was looking to deep clean this tiled floor and create a uniform protective finish. With a multi stage approach to the deep clean and application of the MDS seal, this was achieved.

Repair to marble floor damage by scratches

The client had an issue with staining caused by acid stains from spillages by the previous maintenance company.
The task was to restore the tile surface and apply a seal to protect it on going, with a positive maintenance regime change from the incoming FM provider.
We diamond cut the surface to remove the marking and applied our Recoat Anti-slip XS Floor Coating to protect the tile from further soil and staining. This enabled the floor to be fully protected, provided excellent slip resistance in the wet, and did not compromise the original appearance.
The work was carried out at night, meaning minimal disruption to our client.

The floor here had suffered wine spills, but we were able to successfully remove them and protect the floor against future staining with an impregnation seal.

The client vanity unit sinks were in need of deep clean and restoration after a period of sustain and heavy use. MDS were able to provide a result that exceeded client expectations.

To remove the marks here we completed honing to the stained/damaged areas using 3 different grades of diamond encrusted pads. Once desired hone achieved, and marks are removed we applied a water based impregnation floor seal.

When the client wants to refinish a stone floor to a high standard around the perimeter of a swimming pool. MDS Floorcare completed a deep clean using a multi stage process followed by protection against future marking.

The client at St Botolph has a series of stairwells with a profiled rubber flooring that has discoloured over time through maintenance and UV damage. The objective was to restore the floor by recolouring the surface and protecting it with a topcoat that would also provide slip resistance to meet the requirements of BS16165.
The rubber surface was deep cleaned, and an application of coloured primer revitalised the surface with a change in colour before the recoat topcoat was applied.
The work was carried out at night, meaning minimal disruption to our client.

Following construction works the builders had left paint & cement on stairwell which we have successfully removed.

The wood floor in a retail premises had been damaged by a floor stripper solution and by flooding under the door. We repaired the floor by sanding it down to remove the stain before applying proprietary wood oil to ensure a lasting finish.

The floor was sanded with ceramic 80-grit sandpaper and then brushed with steel brushes to restore the textured antique appearance. To protect the wood from further soil and staining, it was decided to apply the Recoat UV floor covering. This would enable the floor to be fully protected, provide excellent slip resistance in the wet, and not compromise the original appearance.
The work was carried out at night, meaning minimal disruption to our client. As the UV coating cures instantly, the floor was handed over for immediate use upon completion. Following the very successful test, instructions were given to sand and seal the whole of the reception area.

This heavily trafficked reception area of a major London legal practice requires a regular specialist deep clean to maintain the finish. The work is carried out overnight, section by section, so there is minimal disruption to the client.

The wood floor in the lift cars needed to be restored, as they showed heavy discolouration and scratching. The lifts were sanded with specialist equipment, including air filtration through a Hepa vacuum system, to prevent dust contamination in office areas. The cars were then finished with two coats of Osmo Polyx UV protection wood oil.

We completed a thorough mechanical clean using a neutral cleaning solution to remove ingrained coffee stains and soiling in a busy coffee retail premises.

This external granite floor had severe rust stains. Using specialist cleaning gel and machines, the rust stains were successfully removed.
