Assessment & Consultation

Preparation & Sanding
Surrounding areas are protected before sanding the floor using an orbital sanding machine to remove the top layer.

Fine Sanding & Repair
The process is repeated using finer and finer discs for a truly smooth finish, fully repairing damaged areas at each stage.

Textured Finish (optional)
Using specialist tools, we can provide a textured finish to enhance the characteristics of solid or engineered hardwood floors.

Prime & Seal
Once the desired appearance has been achieved, the floor is primed and sealed to give a tough and durable finish.

Curing
The floor must cure for up to 8 hours, or for a quicker result, we can use our UV curing machines for floors that can be walked on immediately.

Preparation & Sanding

There are various options for finishes, including polyurethane, oil-based, and water-based finishes. Each type offers different benefits in terms of durability, appearance, and maintenance.
